The Parachute Pavilion is planned to be an all-season generator of activity, drawing the public onto the boardwalk, the beach and Surf Avenue, and to a new recreational destination.

Competition Awards
1st: $20,000*; 2nd: $5,000; and 3rd: $3,000
Registration
Entrants are required to register for the competition prior to submitting their entry. Registration is $60.00 USD and $30.00 USD for students. Students must submit a copy of their student identification along with their final submission. Registered entrants will receive the Parachute Pavilion Competition Packet.
